We do not have departments at Technolution. From the start, we make specialists available by bringing different disciplines together to work closely.

Project approach

Your primary contact is the project manager. The manager starts by drawing up a project plan together with you. This is often part of the complete project approach within your organisation. Depending on your organisational requirements this could be based on Prince2 or other project management frameworks. The subjects that are tackled are project organisation, project management, quality, planning, milestones,and development methodology and the management of risks and issues for your project

Development approach

We develop systems using the V model. This system engineering approach shows which design, develop and test activities we perform, how these activities are connected and what documents we write and use.
