Technolution is a no-nonsense company where an open, informal, and task-focused culture is of primary importance. Technological projects are carried out in small knowledge teams of specialists.
Organisation structure
The company is managed by a management team consisting of Jan van der Wel (Chief Executive Officer), Enno Romkema (Chief Technical Officer), Marcel Dukker (Manager Business Development) and Angelique Floot (Chief Financial Officer). Due to Technolution's open and informal character, the internal doors are always open, so the management structure is very flat. We do not have account managers at Technolution. Programme managers focus on developing new ideas with clients and project managers' focus on realizing these new ideas. Task-focused culture
Technolution has a passion for technology and practicality, an excellent work atmosphere and an informal task-focused culture. Now our company has 110 employees. All projects are carried out in knowledge teams in our office in Gouda. Here you can read more about our approach of working.
Internationalisation
Europe is becoming more and more united, and ever more projects have an international context. Therefore, we decided to look around for a branch abroad. We do this in small, well-considered steps. It is important for Technolution that our overseas branches apply the same philosophy and method of working as our headquarters in the Netherlands. Now we are starting up our branch in the United Kingdom.

Since 1998, we have the ISO 9001 certificate, which indicates we organize our processes thus, they run in accordance with a standard procedure.
