Our project approach: we focus on a working final result.

Multidisciplinary teams

All projects are carried out from our office in Gouda by small multidisciplinary teams of 2 to 10 members. When possible, the team members share a room and in case of large teams they have adjoining rooms. We want to be able to work quietly, so there is a maximum of four colleagues to a room. The size and composition of a team can vary during the course of the project.

Each team member has a technical background

A project is led by a project leader who reports to a project manager. Both have a technical university or higher educational background and can think along with their team on a highly technical level about solutions or issues that crop up during the course of a project.

Projects last from several months to a year

The duration of a project varies from several months to one year. After completion of the project, or as soon as your expertise is no longer required for the project, you will be engaged in another project. In search of the next technological challenge!
