Variation in projects and project teams. Writing your own partial design in VHDL within a certain system. Writing and simulating regression tests in VHDL. Working with the available best practice and style guides, makefiles, and scripts to build FPGAs. Standard tooling like Cygwin with makefiles, Xilinx and Altera software. Cooperating and learning from experienced colleagues.
As a programmable logic designer you meet the following minimum requirements:
- you have recently finished your higher educational or polytechnics study of electrical engineering
- you have a passion for technology in general
- you have a feeling for digital technology in particular
- you are a team player
